Microbarium

The screen-cleaning habit

Your phone screen carries more grime than you want to think about, and it never gets cleaned — because nothing ever reminds you.

Microbarium does. Take a cloth, wipe your screen, and the app follows along: the grime lifts as you go, the Gunk Meter drops, and your streak grows by one more day.

What's inside

The Gunk Meter — climbs while you use your phone, falls when you clean it.
The hunt — microbes turn up while you clean. Sweep across one to burst it.
A collection — every species you beat for the first time earns its card.
A streak — clean once a day to keep it; a banked shield covers a missed day.
A widget — how dirty your screen is right now, from your home screen.
